It’s easy to manage your payments online 

You can manage your regular payments in just a few minutes. It’s quick, easy and can help keep payment issues from popping up unexpectedly.

In just 4 steps:

  1. log in
  2. select ‘Manage payments’
  3. select the policy you want to update
  4. you can – delay or change an upcoming debit date, update payment method or pay a missed instalment

*Your policy needs to be up to date with payments to make these changes online.
If you have missed the window to make a one-off payment online, or if you have more than one unpaid instalment you will not see a ‘Pay Now’ button in the Suncorp Insurance App or My Suncorp. If you’re in this scenario, please contact us

You also won’t be able to make a manual payment for the five business days after a direct debit attempt. If the payment still doesn’t work outside of this timeframe, you may need to update your payment details.
