How Apia Home Assist Works

If you have selected Apia Home Assist as an optional cover on your home insurance policy for 24 hours or more:

For Home Emergencies call us on 13 50 50, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

Apia understands that when a Home Emergency happens you need support to get things back up and running as quickly as possible.

If you encounter a sudden and unforeseen incident which requires the urgent attention of a Plumber, Electrician, Locksmith or Carpenter we can arrange for help to be provided.

For Home Emergencies call us on 13 50 50, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Apia understands that when a Home Emergency happens you need support to get things back up and running as quickly as possible.

What happens next?

Our support team will talk to you directly to assess the emergency over the phone and will arrange for assistance to be provided as quickly as possible. 

If the attending Tradesperson is unable to complete the required repairs within the Emergency Call-out period, you will be informed of the potential options for completing the repairs (Terms and Conditions apply).
