Your policy number can be found online by logging on to Apia Online Services.

1. From the Apia homepage, click 'Login to online services'.
2. Enter your email address and password, then click 'Login'.
3. Select 'policies'.
4. Select 'Add a missing policy'.
5. You can then add your policy, or, select 'Forgot your policy number?' and have your policies emailed to you.

Once logged in, you can navigate to manage your policy online. Apia Online Services gives you easy access to your Apia account where you can renew your policy, update your postal address, download your policy documents, track the status of a claim, pay your excess, and more.
