The time it takes to process your claim varies depending on the nature of the claim and information you provide us. Once we’ve received your claim, we’ll give you a claim number so you can track the progress of your claim, either online or by contacting us.

We will process your claim as soon as we can, but if you haven’t provided us with the right documents it may hold up the process. Please make sure any documents or receipts you send us are legible and easy to identify so we can make sure we get your claim underway as quickly as possible.
