What happens if my apartment is unoccupied?
An 'Unoccupied excess' applies if at the time of the incident covered by your policy, the apartment was unoccupied for more than 60 continuous days. Sometimes you might have to pay more than one type of excess.
Please refer to the Apartment Style Residence Insurance Additional Information Guide for more information about excesses.
