Apia is pleased to be able to provide motorists in the Australian Capital Territory with Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance cover from 15 July 2013 for the first time.

Apia customers who are good drivers and have a Passenger class of vehicle will be offered a $75 rebate, which delivers the best value CTP policy available in the ACT.

Applicants will be asked:

  • their date of birth
  • if they have Comprehensive or Third Party Property Damage insurance on their vehicle
  • if they have had any at-fault accidents in the last two years
  • if they are taking out a 12 month CTP policy
  • if their vehicle has a gross vehicle mass (GMV) of less than 4.5 tonnes.

Successful applicants with a Passenger class of vehicle will be sent a $75 prepaid Visa card within four to six weeks.
