You can call us on 13 50 50 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have your renewal certificate and policy number at hand.
Payment by mail
Please complete your renewal notice slip and post it, along with a cheque covering your premium, to PO Box 756 Melbourne 8060.
Face to Face
You can call into your nearest Apia branch and one of our friendly staff will take your payment. Please click here for our Apia branch locations.
Payment at the Post Office
You can also take your renewal certificate into your local Post Office to pay for your insurance.
