When you renew your policy online you will receive payment confirmation and a receipt number on screen. Just click on the renew your policy button below to make a secure online payment.
You simply enter your policy number, name and postcode as it appears on your notice. It's that quick and easy. This option is only available for annual payments with a credit card. If you wish to establish monthly payments, or pay via direct debit from your bank account please call 1300 138 262.

Pay for your Insurance with BPAY over the phone using your cheque or savings account.
You'll find Apia’s Biller Code 5132 and reference number (your policy number) located in the how to pay section next to the BPAY logo on your policy certificate.
CTP Green Slip and direct debit policies cannot be paid with BPAY. Call 1300 301 799 to arrange payment for these.

At a Post Office
Take your renewal certificate into your local Post Office to pay.
