A third Customer Response Team will be available to Apia customers affected by the NSW storms and floods.
Located at the Dungog Recovery Centre, Doug Walters Pavilion, Bennett Park on Mackay Street, the Customer Response Team (CRT) is a fully self-sufficient mobile claims unit which allows Apia customers to lodge claims in person and access services including emergency funds and temporary accommodation.
The centre will be open from 9:00am – 6:00pm weekdays and 10:00am to 4:00pm on weekends.
Apia also has two Customer Response Teams located in Charlestown and Maitland.
If customers cannot get to the CRT, they are encouraged to contact Apia's call centre on 13 50 50. Alternatively, customers can also lodge claims online at www.apia.com.au.
