Apia has created "My Insurance”, to help you keep track of your insurance online.
What is My Insurance?
Apia recognises that many of our customers prefer to use the internet to make quick simple changes to their policies. My Insurance is a simple alternative to calling us or visiting one of our branches.
Making changes with My Insurance
You can make the following changes using My Insurance:
- Retrieve, amend, or purchase an online saved quote
- Pay for a renewal
- Increase the sum insured for home and contents policy
- Update personal details on your insurance policy (name, phone numbers, postal address)
To make changes to your policies you must login to My Insurance. If you are a first time user, register first and you can then view your portfolio. Once you are logged in click on the ‘amend’ button for the policy or quote you would like to update or purchase.
Please note you cannot change direct debit details online if you pay monthly. You must do this over the phone by calling us on 1300 301 799.
Retrieve a saved quote
To retrieve a quote that you have saved with all your details online simply login to My Insurance. You would have been pre registered at the end of the quoting process. Once retrieved you can view, amend or purchase the quote.
