Offering young people a kick start
Apia has successfully run a Traineeship program for a number of years. Our Traineeships are aimed at Year 12 school leavers looking for an opportunity to study and work at the same time. What could be better than earning an income AND have your employer sponsor your study? You’ll complete a nationally recognised qualification, be eligible for further study support and develop a real career path at the same time.
A number of our current leaders started out as Trainees.

Apia offers Trainees a supportive and fun team environment, mentoring from senior staff and all the benefits of being a permanent Apia employee.
Traineeships are available in the following locations. Recruitment generally begins in Aug/September for the following year.
