Apia is ready to help WA customers

Leading national insurer Apia is urging its policyholders affected by the Perth storms to contact the company immediately by calling its 24 hour telephone line, 13 50 50.

“Our priority at the moment is to meet the immediate needs of our customers. If you’re an Apia customer and have been affected by the Perth storms, we’re here to help you.

“Currently Apia claims staff around the country are ready to assist,” said Executive Manager Apia, Craig Dingle.

For those customers affected by the Perth storms, Apia offers the following advice:

  • The priority is your personal safety, do not attempt any temporary repairs or clean up that may place you in harms way
  • Call 13 50 50 as soon as possible

Apia is a specialist insurer for people over 50 who are not working full time. It provides a full range of home and contents, car, caravan, motorhome and boat insurance and has a network of 28 branches across Australia, serving almost 700,000 customers.
